Refund Policy for QuickSend Distributors

No Refunds PolicyAll payments made for the QuickSend distributor license fee are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchased distributor licenses or monthly fees, regardless of usage or activity.

Cancellation: Distributors may cancel their subscription to the QuickSend distributor program at any time. Cancellation will prevent the renewal of the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be provided for the remainder of the current subscription period.ExceptionsIn the event that there is a significant technical issue caused by QuickSend that prevents the distributor portal from functioning as advertised, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit. Such issues must be reported to our support team within 14 days of occurrence. Commission Structure

Commission Structure for QuickSend Distributors

Gross Profit CommissionDistributors earn a commission of 30% on the gross profit of credit card processing income made through their efforts.WithholdingsA withholding of $0.10 and 10 basis points per transaction is applied for all credit card transactions except American Express which is $0.12 and 35 basis points.

Commissions Payable: Distributors must currently be holding a distributor license for commissions to be payable.A W-9 Form must be submitted to earn commissionsDistributors must submit a form W-9 and a voided check or bank letter confirming deposit account information to receive commissions
